Backgrounds

As a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish) and a proud Latina, I strive to create an inclusive, culturally responsive environment where clients of all ages feel seen, respected, and empowered.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity challenges, and life transitions.

My approach is open-minded, curious, and compassionate. I take time to understand each person’s unique story and tailor therapy using evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Motivational. Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy.

I am deeply committed to helping break the stigma around mental health, especially in communities where seeking support may feel unfamiliar or uncomfortable. I believe that healing begins with feeling safe, heard, and understood and that everyone deserves access to mental health care without judgment or shame
