Farooque is a psychiatric nurse practitioner who provides medication psychotropic medication prescription and management to our clients. He collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care to patients, promote mental wellness, and support recovery.

Farooque meets with our patients in El Cajon and Chula Vista location, as well as through telehealth/phone.
