Vian Asmaro

I am an associate mental health therapist with 12 years of experience supporting individuals, and families through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. My therapeutic approach is rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, trauma-informed care, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow.

My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, life transitions, and I work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment goals that align with their values and strengths.

I believe in the healing power of connection, self-awareness, and resilience. Whether you’re navigating a specific issue or seeking deeper self-understanding, I’m here to support you on your journey.
