Nick is the ABA Program Manager and is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior analytic interventions to improve the quality of life for clients with behavioral, developmental, or mental health challenges. He conducts assessments, develops individualized treatment plans, and supervises Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure the effective delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. He also works closely with families and other professionals to support client progress and ensure the highest standards of care.

Nick also provides individual therapy in English in our El Cajon location.
