Mariam assists the Clinical Director in managing the department, implementing policies, and ensuring all operations align with the organization's goals. She manages the daily operations of clinical services, ensuring effective service delivery and compliance with clinical standards.

Mariam is also a mental health provider, administering psychological assessments to our community in English and Spanish.

Mariam is also an adjunct faculty member at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology where she instructs psychology classes at the bachelor level.
